Paul very kindly offered to be our second chef of the month. He runs Temple Croft B&B with his partner Amanda. Tempe Croft is just behind the Bluebell and caters mainly for cyclists travelling through the area. 

BUT ever so often Paul and Amanda host a Bistro evening of delicious food where people can book in to sample some of Paul's great cooking. His food really is good.

We asked Paul for a cheap but delicious recipe and a kitchen tip. He decided to do a vegetarian recipe - Sweet Potato, Bean And Lentil Bake.

It's a cheap and delicious recipe that suits most occasions. Add a salad and you have a great meal.
