Recipes

No need to trawl the internet looking for cheap, quick and delicious recipes. We've done the hard work for you. We've even given an approximate cost for each portion based on what's on the shelves at local shops, including the Spar, the Co-op and Alston Wholefoods. Hopefully there is something to suit all tastes. We try to add new recipes as often as possible so there is always something new and fresh up here.

Resources

There are lots of organisations and groups who can offer support or useful advice, it's just knowing where to look. Make a start here, where we've listed many of them. We know there are loads of little things that can make a difference to both our lives and our pockets.

Supporting You

Even if you don't need to pick up the telephone and call us on 01434 647247, please take a look around at the resources, recipes, and money saving tips on here.
