Well we have sneaked in at the last possible moment of May to feature Guy Harmer, the Chef and main man at the Cumberland Inn.
He has given us a great dessert - (we don't have many puddings in the Recipe Bank) so thanks Guy!
And his kitchen tip saves money if you are a meat eater.
You can find Guy, along with his wife Helen at the Cumberland Inn most days and its well worth a visit for a homely welcome, good food and the pub is a CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ales) pub so the beers are unique, special and delicious.

May's has come really late because of course all our chefs are really busy at this time of year and it hard for them to find the time to send us their recipes.
